Shipping & Returns

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $500 within the United States. Orders below $500 are charged a flat rate of $15.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Standard (5–7 business days): Free on orders $500+
Express (2–3 business days): $25
Overnight (1 business day): $45
International: Calculated at checkout

We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–14 business days. Tracking is provided for all international shipments.

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@michaelav.com with your order number and reason for return.

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items marked as final sale
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Items missing original packaging or tags
• Custom or made-to-order items
